Please be mindful we are a very small business and every sale matters to us.
So some of our policies are not as flexible as the big guys!
HOW DO I RETURN?

please include your name order number and items you wish to return.
We strictly do not under any circumstance offer refunds on sale items.
We may offer exchange or credit note if you find your purchase isn’t quite right.
postage both ways is at buyers expense at a flat rate of $10 each way
CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
Yes - BUT for full priced online purchases only, and there are conditions
Instore purchases are eligible for exchange or credit note only

Exchanges, credit notes and refunds for full priced ONLINE purchases are accepted with the following conditions:
- The goods have not been worn, altered, or washed and are in a perfect saleable condition
- contact is made to firstname.lastname@example.org within 1 day of receiving your item (We will take note of your original email date though so please don't panic if you do not hear from us straight away - But we will strive to respond within 24-48 hours)
- The goods have all original tags attached
- The goods are returned within the time frame stated below
- The goods have been purchased at full price and were not bought on sale or part of a discount period or promotion
PLEASE NOTE : strictly no returns on international purchases
Your return must be posted strictly within 5 business days of the date of purchase. This includes faulty items.
We will take note of your original email date though so please don't panic if you do not hear from us straight away - But we will strive to respond within 24-48 hours.
ARE THERE CHARGES ON RETURNS
unfortunately yes -
- Returns and exchanges must be posted back at the customer’s expense
- Orders that receive free shipping at checkout will have stores original shipping cost deducted from refund amount.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
FORRM.store takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a traceable form of shipping and keeping your tracking information.
For faulty items, a refund or replacement will be given and return postage will be refunded upon inspection of the item.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON THE FOLLOWING
footwear must be unworn and include the original shoebox in its original condition without postage labels.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for jewellery, swimwear, intimates or hats.
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are considered sale therefore and none refundable, an exchange may be accepted at postage expense of buyer.
Please Note: FORRM.Store reserves the right to refuse a return at our discretion, if the above criteria is not met.
If you are approved for a refund we will credit your original payment method only upon receiving returned item.
Please note that refunds do not include postage cost. The item/s price will be refunded only.

INSTORE RETURNS POLICY - FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY CAN BE RETURED
Please choose carefully as we DO NOT refund for change of mind.
Refunds are only issued for faulty items, upon inspection and approval by the brand.
Exchange or credit notes for returned items will be accepted no later than 7 days after purchase date.
The item must not be worn and include original tags and packaging.
Swimwear, activewear, earrings & intimates are non-returnable items due to hygiene regulations.
Proof of purchase must be presented.
