ONLINE PURCHASES
- RETURNS POLICY
Exchange, credit notes and refunds for full priced online purchases will be gladly accepted with the following conditions:
- The goods have not been worn, altered, or washed and are in a saleable condition
- Contact is made to us within 1 day of receiving the items
- The goods have all original tags attached
- The goods are shipped back to us within 5 business days of you receiving your return approval
- The goods have been purchased at full price and were not bought on sale or part of a discount promotion
To return an item, please contact hello@forrm.store to receive a return approval.
We will take note of your original email date though so please don't panic if you do not hear from us straight away - we will strive to respond within 24-48 hours.
Refunds may be given for faulty items but FORRM.store reserves the right to refuse any request for refunds. We advise you always choose carefully when purchasing online.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept any returns on international purchases
CONDITIONS
Your return must be posted back strictly within 5 business days of the date it was delivered to you. This includes faulty items.
Returns and exchanges must be posted back at the customer’s expense and are non refundable by FORRM.
Return postage will be covered by the customer.
FORRM.store takes no responsibility for any lost or damaged returns. We recommend using a traceable form of shipping and keeping your tracking information.
For faulty items, a refund or replacement will be given and return postage will be refunded upon inspection of the item.
All footwear must be unworn and include the original shoebox in its original condition without postage labels.
For hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns for pierced jewellery, swimwear, intimates or hats.
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are final sale. And there are strictly no returns accepted.
We will strive to process your return within 1-2 business days once received.

International purchases
Items purchased on sale or during a promotion are considered sale therefore and non refundable.

SALE ITEMS
We strictly do not under any circumstance offer refunds on sale items.
Please know that items purchased with a discount code or during a flash sale period are considered to be sale items.
REFUNDS
If you are approved for a refund we will credit your original payment method within one day of receiving returned item.
Please note that refunds do not include postage cost. The item/s price will be refunded only.
Orders that received free shipping at checkout will have the stores cost deducted from refund amount.

Please choose carefully as we DO NOT refund for change of mind.
Refunds are only issued for faulty items, upon inspection and approval by the brand.
In-store exchange and credit notes will be accepted strictly no later than 7 days of purchase.
The item must not be worn and include original tags and packaging.
Swimwear, activewear, earrings & intimates are non-returnable items due to hygiene regulations.
Proof of purchase must be presented.
All sales are final on discounted sale items or items bought during promotion.
